Apple Banana Breakfast Smoothie 

  
This is my mom’s recipe for a delicious, healthy and energizing banana apple smoothie 😊

Serves : 4

Ingredients 

  • Apples – 2
  • Banana – 3, medium sized 
  • Peanut butter – 1 tbsp
  • Almond butter – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped dates – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Milk – 3 cups 

Method :

  • Grind the fruits first in a blender and then add the rest of the ingredients 
  • Pour out in tall glases and serve
